Please find below the status definitions for your order.

Status of Order:

a) NEW – Your order hasn’t been processed yet.

b) PENDING – Your order has been processed and is waiting on the designer to dispatch your order.

c) DISPATCH – Your order has been dispatched. You should receive or should have received an email at this point with the Tracking Information. Please visit the Courier partner’s website to get the latest update on where your courier has reached.

d) COMPLETE – This is an estimate that you have received your package and the order has been marked as complete by the designer. Please contact us immediately in case you have not yet received the item.

We’ll send you an E-mail once you’ve successfully placed your order! We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you/the warehouse along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).

If you want to return/replace a product on Maitri, please follow these steps:

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us a call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in the next 24 hours of time. (If not dispatched)

If you chose to pay Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer we would require the following details:
Bank Name
Account Holder Name
Bank Account Number
Branch Address

We take anywhere between 5-7 working days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can either be made in the form of E-vouchers that can be used for your future purchase on or can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.

We take the utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive the wrong product please raise a replacement request within 15 days of the product delivered. You will also have the option to choose a refund for the product.

House no., building no, street number & pin code can be modified. These changes are only possible before the order is at the “Pending” stage.

Maitri gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought on Maitri within 15 days of the receipt of the order.

You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:

With the quality of the product
With the fitting of the product
Or if you receive a defective product

If any alteration is required in the delivered product, kindly visit your nearest store and it will be done without any extra charges. You need to carry the original invoice, received with the product.

We accept the following modes of payment:

Debit/credit cards or net banking of all major banks
Cash on delivery (COD)

COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. Maitri offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make a cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Not all deals/products have a COD option. Please check the deal page before buying. Maitri does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your pin-code to check the availability of the COD option at your location.

No, you are not required to register yourself to shop on Maitri. You can login as guest and shop unlimited with us.

GST is borne by the customer and is included in prices of products sold on MRP, but is charged additionally for products sold on discount.
