Once your order is shipped, we will send you an order fulfilled confirmation email along with the tracking details of the courier company.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur, and they typically are delivered in 6 to 8 working days depending on the distance from Jaipur, the mode of payment and product availability. All orders received are generally shipped within 2-4 working days. Our warehouse is closed on Sunday. COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. You can reach us at care@maitrijaipur.com or WhatsApp at +91 9116057373. Once the COD order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order or cancel it.
Prepaid orders CANNOT be cancelled
We request you to not worry about this. It’s our responsibility that your order reaches you in perfect shape. All you have to do is take a picture of the damaged product and send us an email at care@maitrijaipur.com or WhatsApp at +91 9116057373 with your order ID or number and the image of the product. We will replace it for you at the earliest.
We do not accept returns.

We charge Rs. 150 on or under the purchase of Rs. 2000.
The courier company will send you an SMS alert as well as a call on the day of delivery. If you are unable to accept a package, please reach out to them or to us to update the instructions to the delivery person. An order is attempted 2-3 times after which its returned back to us. A returned order is not refunded. If a customer refuses orders regularly, we reserve the right to cancel orders.
In certain cases, we do arrange for reverse pick up at an additional charge of Rs. 150. In order to check whether your order is eligible for reverse pick up, please mail us at care@maitrijaipur.com or WhatsApp at +91 9116057373.
Please mail the item(s) to the address below. Do remember to mention your order details. And retain the original packaging, tags and invoice of the order.

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled, and unwashed.
- The packaging should have the original tags in place.
